Elvet Bridge provides one of the crossings over the River Wear in the City of Durham now designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In this beautiful night time photography, the rowing boats are moored on a perfectly calm river with the illuminated bridge reflecting into the water behind.
Alan Thompson is based in the North East of England. Alan’s beautiful body of work covers all across this beautiful region, capturing beautiful landscapes and cityscapes. We particularly like Alan’s wonderful use of low light to really enhance the subject of the photographer.
